Hi, I’m Lukas, a 28-year-old German-Polish artist and photographer based in Braunschweig, Germany.
Photography was my entry point into artistic work when I started in 2018, and it remains a central part of my practice. I focus on people, atmospheres, and emotional presence, creating images that feel natural, honest, and personal. Whether working with portraits, events, or lifestyle contexts.
Through my recent projects, my work has expanded beyond photography into installative and conceptual approaches. I explore space, narrative, and social observation, combining photographic material with scenographic and conceptual elements and thinking about how images function in public, and emotional contexts.
Alongside my artistic work, I collaborate with cultural partners and institutions on exhibition design, program curation, and workshop formats. This includes developing and shaping exhibition spaces, planning and moderating creative programs, and working in educational and participatory settings. In this context, I also engage as a volunteer in art mediation and cultural projects.
I’m always open to new collaborations, whether commissioned, artistic, or conceptual, and enjoy working closely with people to develop ideas and visual identities together. Feel free to get in touch via the contact form.
